Restaurant Loyalty Program

Loyalty program features are built right into Campaign Snap at no extra charge.

• Birthday Club system automatically sends an email (optionally including a coupon) on or before your subscriber’s birthday.
• Anniversary module sends an email (optionally including a coupon) on or before the anniversary of each subscriber’s membership in your database. (coming soon)

List Building

Our list building features help extend the reach of your email marketing program.

• Send to friend functionality. Each email you send includes the ability for the original recipient to easily forward it to their friends. This increases the reach of each mailing beyond just your subscriber list and encourages the second recipient to sign up to your list.
• New subscribers can be added through our easy to use control panel.

List Automation

List automation features completely eliminate manual administrative tasks to free up your time and keep your list clean.

• Bounceback processing is completely automated with Campaign Snap. Bounces are routed back to our servers (instead of your inbox) where we process them accordingly. Undeliverable emails are removed immediately. "Temporarily unavailable" emails (like over quota or vacation responses) are removed after 3 unsusccessful deliveries.
• Unsubscribe requests are handled automatically too. Your customers simply click the unsubscribe link that we include in each of your campaigns and they are removed instantly.
• Removes complainers. Through feedback loop agreements with all of the major ISPs we can instantly remove subscribers who report your campaign as junk, so they can never complain about you again.
• We prevent duplicates and errors from even entering your list.

Deliverability & Security

We've dealt with all the technical issues to get more of your messages past the junk folder and into the inbox.

• We use the same enterprise grade email delivery servers that large corporations and ISPs use.
• Campaign Snap adds all of the major authentication methods to your campaigns, including DomainKeys, DKIM, SPF and SenderID.
• We constantly monitor our network and IPs for sender reputation and maintain a strict anti-spam policy.
• We're registered with all of the major ISP feedback loops so we know when someone hits the "this is spam" button. Spammers are not allowed on our system.
