Campaign Management - Personalizing your campaigns
Campaign Snap lets you easily customize each email sent as part of your campaigns. This way each of your contacts will receive a message that looks like with was created just for them. An example of personalization would be:
Dear [tag:first_name],
Where [tag:first_name] is replaced with your contact's first name (if their first name was entered in your database).
What fields are available for personalization?
Campaign Snap supports the following personalization fields

| Last Name | [tag:last_name] |
| [tag:email] |
I can't remember/don't want to type those tags!
No worries. We don't like typing those tags either. To make it easy you can right-click your mouse inside the subject, message, and coupon terms fields of the campaign creation screen to get a list of personalization fields. Just select a field and the tag will be inserted for you!
